***ALL refunds, exchanges, and/or returns must be submitted within 2 WEEKS/14 DAYS of receiving your item***
DAMAGED ITEM/INCORRECT COLOR, ETC:
I will gladly refund or replace an item that has been damaged or is incorrect. Please be prepared to provide at least 2-3 pictures of the damaged item. (This not only shows me what kind of damage was done, but also provides me pictures to collect the package insurance) A refund of the purchase price (including shipping) will be given only after I receive the items back, in cases of incorrect color, size, etc. Shipping to return the item(s) will also be refunded.
LOST ITEM:
Lost items will be handled on a case by case basis. All of my orders are shipped with Tracking (Delivery Confirmation) so in the case of a lost package, I will first attempt to locate it through USPS before issuing a refund or sending a replacement.
CHANGED MIND:
If once you receive your item(s), they are not as expected, I will gladly refund the purchase price of the product once I have received it back. Shipping charges to you and return shipping charges will not be refunded.
CUSTOM ORDERS OR SALE ITEMS:
Due to the nature of custom orders, refunds or exchanges will not be accepted for these purchases.

SHIPPING
HOW IT’S SHIPPED:
Most items are shipped First Class mail within 2 -3 weeks once payment has cleared and will include a tracking number for your convenience.
If a package is returned because the address provided was not correct, I am not responsible for paying for re-shipping. I will contact you for the correct address, and you will be responsible for repaying shipping before the package is sent out again. Please check and double-check, especially if you’ve recently moved.
THE DELIVERY TIMES QUOTED ARE ESTIMATES and are beyond my control once the package has entered the postal system.
***CUSTOMS/IMPORT FEES***:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or postage. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying as they will not be covered or reimbursed. I will not lie about the value of the item on the customs form nor refund any portion of your purchase to help pay customs fees.
